If you are you using an editor that uses licensed samples or something it might become a legal issue on other platforms as well in the future.
Have you ever tried talking to an Audio Portal Moderator about the topic? They can probably tell you what the exact issue is. And they _do_ care about music and musicians... ( https://www.newgrounds.com/wiki/help-information/site-moderation )
